Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page you see after logging into the admin panel. It gives you a quick overview of your store's performance, recent activity, and items that need your attention.

Stat Widgets

At the top of the dashboard, you will find four summary cards:

WidgetWhat It Shows
Total OrdersThe total number of orders placed in your store (all time)
RevenueTotal revenue from delivered orders
Pending OrdersNumber of orders currently in "Pending" status that need your attention
Product CountTotal number of products in your catalog

These numbers update automatically whenever you visit the dashboard.

Recent Orders

Below the stat widgets, you will see a table showing the 5 most recent orders. Each row displays:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Order total
  • Current status
  • Date placed

Click on any order to view its full details and update its status.

TIP

If you see orders with a "Pending" status, they are waiting for you to confirm them. Head over to Orders to process them.

Low Stock Products

The dashboard also shows a Low Stock Products table that lists up to 5 products with stock levels at or below your configured threshold.

Each row shows:

  • Product name
  • Current stock level
  • Stock threshold

This helps you quickly identify which products need to be restocked before they sell out.

WARNING

The low stock threshold is configurable in your inventory settings. By default, products with 10 or fewer units in stock will appear here.

Analytics Section

The bottom section of the dashboard provides detailed analytics with interactive charts. You can filter the data by time period using the buttons at the top of this section:

  • 7 Days — Last 7 days
  • 30 Days — Last 30 days (default)
  • 90 Days — Last 90 days

Analytics Stat Cards
